Excellent Salaries

We offer competitive salaries for our entry-level production associates with the opportunity for wage increases at 45- and 90-day reviews. With time and dedication, team members can train and advance to increasingly technical titles and responsibilities. If applicants have relevant manufacturing experience, they may be considered for corresponding titles and responsibilities.

Production Associate

Responsibility: Paintline, Weld Cell Ops, Loaders, Janitors

Material Handlers

Responsibility: Forklift, Crane, Utility

Press Operators

Responsibility: Automatic/Transfer Press Operators, Press Set-Up

Sensible Work Schedule

All three Prince Metal Stampings plants operate Monday through Friday with potential overtime as customer needs increase.

Plant 1 & 2

  • First Shift: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Second Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Plant 3

  • First Shift: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Second Shift: 3:45 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.

Advancement Opportunities

Team members that show initiative can be invited to participate in on-the-job training where they will be introduced to new skills and techniques that can result in advancement to more skilled positions. In addition, tuition reimbursement is available to team members who wish to advance their skill sets in areas such as tool and die, automation, industrial maintenance, welding, forklift operations and CMM (coordinate measuring machine) operations. Prince also participates with several area educational programs offering apprenticeship education opportunities.
