Prince Metal Stampings is a leader in the automotive industry for metal stampings and assemblies. In 2004, Prince opened its doors in Gadsden, Alabama with 11 employees. In less than two decades, the company has grown to more than 350 team members occupying more than 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space. As a supplier to some of the world’s top automotive makers, Prince is undergoing yet another expansion of 40,000 square feet at Plant 1 as part of its continued dedication to meet and exceed customers’ needs.

The NARMCO Group

Prince Metal Stampings is owned by The NARMCO Group, a family-owned group of companies located in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Founded in 1945 by Matthew Rodzik, this privately held Canadian company has grown from its original start as National Auto Radiator Manufacturing Company Limited into a family of nine companies. With sons Don Rodzik and John Rodzik now at the helm, the company boasts more than a million square feet of manufacturing space.

Today the third generation of the Rodzik family serves as members of the management team and are actively involved in daily operations.
