We are looking for automation personnel that are hungry to grow in the automation field and with our company. Prince Metal utilizes a wide range of automation hardware, software, and equipment. A variety of six-axis robots including Kuka, Kawasaki, and Motoman perform material handling, resistance welding, and glue application. Automation personnel works with these robots to perform general teaching, programming, and support/ troubleshooting. Regarding programmable controls, Prince Metal Stampings utilizes primarily Allen Bradly processors and IO. We have a variety of Allen Bradly processors from PLC 5’s to the newest Control and Guard Logix. Prince Metal utilizes various networks including control net, device net, and Ethernet along with general direct IO. Internal and external training is provided and encouraged for personnel that needs to gain more knowledge.
