- Work closely with Human Resources in recruiting, orientation, and onboarding processes
- Assist in employee plant meetings and counseling sessions as interpreter to ensure clear concise communication and assist with any clarification necessary
- Attend Job Fairs with HR representatives to foster communication and marketing
- Continuously partner with Human Resources and Operations to design, refine, and interpret HR policies and procedures
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Identify recruiting sources and methods to attract new talent
- Screen applications and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer
- Follow up on interview process and applicant status
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Six months experience in Human Resources in an employment or industrial setting

Position is Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm Pay range: $15-$18/hr DOE
