HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Prince Metal Stampings USA, Inc. is an automotive supplier in Gadsden, Al who is growing and looking to add additional resources to our management team for our new location. We currently have an immediate opening for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER at our facility in Gadsden, AL. The Human Resources Manager will work hand-in-hand with executive and plant management to develop, implement and execute HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on Manager with superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, driven and experienced in employee relations/personnel management for both salaried and associate employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business or related field
5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Automotive metal stamping experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
