Team Leader Responsibilities:

Ensure that Start up of shift goes quick and efficient

Ensure consistent production of quality product

Plan, organize and control the area under his/her supervision to ensure that

daily shift schedule are met and or surpassed.

Promote safe working practices

Promote good housekeeping practices

Plan, organize and control all activities in a cost effective

Discipline employees requiring correction to ensure rules

Ensure employees under his/her supervision are customer responsive
